Membership & By-Laws

The following changes have been made in the membership privileges for 2008.

In an effort to get more help during the rodeos, we will have a new system.

Members will no longer be granted free admission to rodeos; all members pay the gate admission.  You can chose an area in which you are willing to work (Concession, Arena, Gate, Trash pickup, etc.) you can get with the Director in charge of that area and let them know you are there to help. Once you have worked a reasonable amount of time in the particular area, the Director in charge will give you a ticket that you can take to the office and get your gate money back. As a member you will not be required to work, but if you chose not to work you will pay the full admission price without refund. If you chose to work you will be refunded your gate money, but only for the person(s) working.

Example Situation:
You, your spouse and two kids (ages 4 and 17) come to the rodeo, it will cost you$12.00 for gate admission. If you work, but your wife and two children do not, you will get $5 refunded.
